Our Head Baker has been wielding a spatula since before it was cool and has the burn scars to prove it. After years of professional pastry training and an embarrassingly large collection of cake pans, this is the person standing between you and a mediocre dessert table.

The philosophy is simple: if the recipe doesn't make you stop and say something you might regret in polite company, it needs more work. Every flavor in our menu exists because it earned its place — not because it was easy, but because it's exceptional.
